Faisal Muquaddam

“The teachings constantly deal with our daily life. It is never an abstract teaching. It is dealing with what is happening in your daily life, what’s happening in your work, in your relationship, with your friends, what’s happening in your mind. It is about understanding not only from psychological, mental, emotional or physical, but also from a spiritual. So the teaching is a constant application of our daily life. It is not about learning a certain philosophy or certain spiritual system or certain religion. It is paying attention to what is happening in your life trying to understand it inwardly and trying to understand that struggle and what this struggle is all about. This work is spirituality connected to daily life.”
